  • What are your office hours?

    Westgate Apartments & Townhomes is open

    Monday – Friday from 9:30am – 5:30pm, Saturday 9:00am – 4:00pm,

    Sunday - Closed

  • What is the required security deposit?

    Our standard security deposit is $300. Depending on your approval status,

    a higher deposit of $750, or one-months' rent may be required.

  • What does the restoration fee cover?

    The Application Deposit reserves your apartment during the application process which will become the Non-Refundable Restoration Fee upon the commencement date of the Lease. At move-out, the Restoration Fee covers a basic carpet cleaning and basic cleaning of the apartment. This will not cover excessive costs incurred for cleaning or damages.

  • Do you allow pets?

    We are a pet-friendly property and we charge a one-time pet fee of $300 for one pet, $450 for two pets (breed restrictions do apply). There is $30 monthly pet rent per pet.


    Westgate is a PetScreening community. Speak to your leasing agent for all the benefits we offer for your pets.

  • Which utilities are included?

    Westgate Apartments & Townhomes residents pay a flat rate utility fee monthly, added to your rent total at move-in to offset the cost of the water, sewer, trash, and gas for heating and cooking. The utility fee is $90 for a studio, $155 for a 1BR, $175 for a 2BR, $195 for a 3BR apartment, and $210 for a Townhome. Residents are responsible to obtain and pay for electric and cable/internet/phone services separately.

  • Who provides electric and cable/phone/internet services?

    Comcast Xfinity provides our residents with telephone/cable/internet.


    Northern Virginia Electric (NOVEC) provides electric service.


    Satellite television is only available in a few select homes. Please speak with your leasing agent about satellite before applying.


    Comcast Xfinity or Verizon FiOS is available for Portwood townhomes only.

  • What school district are you in?

    We are in Prince William County School District.

  • How many parking spaces does each resident receive?

    Parking is limited at Westgate. Each household can have a max of 2 spaces. In the apartments it is first come basis. In the townhomes you get one reserved space in front of your home and a hanging tag for any unreserved spot. Parking is not guaranteed. There are visitor spaces lined in Yellow and your visitors can park there a max of 48 hours at a time.

  • How far are you from public transportation?

    The Local Omini Ride picks up at 2 spots in our community. There is a commuter lot right outside our community where you can park and ride. The VRE is 3.5 miles and the closest Metro station is 18.1 miles.
